At OYAH Health, we stand behind the quality of every supplement we produce. If there is an issue with your order, contact us and we will review the request.
30-Day Refund Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund or exchange.

Due to health and safety standards for supplements, we usually do not require the product to be returned.
Other Refund Requests
If you request a refund for another reasonable reason (for example ordering by mistake), we may approve the request within 30 days of delivery.
Approved requests in these cases will be issued as a 90% refund of the purchase price.
Refund requests based only on personal preference may not be approved.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to the personal consumption nature of supplements, products are generally not returned for resale.
Refund requests are reviewed based on the explanation provided and the condition of the order.
We do not accept refunds for:
Exchanges
If there is a confirmed issue with the product, we may offer a replacement product or exchange instead of a refund.
This is often the fastest way to resolve the issue.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
Fair Use Policy
To maintain fair use of the OYAH refund policy, we reserve the right to limit or decline refunds in cases such as:
