Studies of caffeine and L-theanine inform selected attention outcomes. They do not establish a crash-free effect, immediate mouth absorption, all-day energy or the performance of this complete strip. Vitamin B12 does not provide a stimulant effect.

How closely does the research match?
- The evidence concerns defined cognitive tasks and caffeine doses, not guaranteed productivity or all-day energy.
- A rapidly dissolving strip does not prove faster blood absorption or a faster effect than capsules.
- Do not use caffeine to compensate for persistent poor sleep. Read the caffeine guide for timing and safety context.
No finished-product clinical trial is presented here. Compare the preparation, amount, population, duration and outcome in each source. A peer-reviewed paper is not a guarantee of results.
